Our specialist occupational therapists can also offer advice relating to workstations, seating and the surrounding environment, in order to reduce the instance of musculo-skeletal injuries, such as back problems and RSI.

OTs can help to redesign workstations so that they match the needs of individual employees, while at the same time harmonising employees with the equipment used and the job requirements. Correct body alignment, proper posture and body mechanics also decrease fatigue and improve morale, as well as preventing injury.
