Our Process

The first step is to meet with you to establish exactly what your needs are and how we can meet them. We’ll agree a timeframe, set up a detailed implementation plan and work closely with you at every step. We’ll ensure all training is provided to our team, and all involved parties are fully briefed so that the service we deliver meets your expectations and the needs of your customers. We will fully integrate into your team, ensuring we work to the processes and standards you demand of your own staff.

Once all processes are agreed and in place, you can hand over all case monitoring and back office support to us. We’ll handle client queries and arrange the assessments from our head office, leaving our experienced occupational therapists to focus on their assessments and outcomes. A dedicated trusted assessor will act as first point of contact for you, overseen by a contract manager. We provide you with regular updates and reports on the progress of the project, and meet with you frequently to ensure the ongoing success of our partnership.

This is an ongoing process throughout the project. Our senior clinical team check all paperwork and carry out regular supervision with our field occupational therapists to maintain the high quality of their work. Our dedicated client management team monitor all case progression on our bespoke client management system to ensure we meet your targets, report KPIs back to you regularly and engage all key stakeholders for feedback to help improve and shape our services.
